Rain and Traffic at Bangalore do not go hand in hand. It is obvious that only one can happen. This has been the plight for years but who cares?????
There was a heavy downpour(by Bangalore stds - 5 cms in a span of 3 hours) on Thursday the 14th August 2008. A short distance of 5 kms took as much as 3 hours for a round trip.
